Managing org plan

Organization owners can manage the organization’s subscription plan. This includes changing the plan by upgrading to a higher tier or downgrading to a lower tier, as well as the termination of an organization’s plan.

Changing your organization’s plan

  1. In the organization page, select the Upgrade Your Plan button towards the right side of the tab ribbon.
  2. In the dialog window opened, select your desired new plan.
  3. Click on next to the final step where you will check out or confirm your plan change.
    1. If downgrading to an individual or teams plan, upon confirmation, our support team will reach out to you within the next business day to assist you with the change of plan.
    2. If upgrading to a teams or business plan, upon check-out, your current plan will be upgraded and you will be billed immediately, and your 1-month billing cycle will start afresh from the current day. The unutilised amount from the old subscription plan’s billing will be offset against the first bill of the new subscription plan.

Terminating your organization’s plan

  1. In the organization page, select the billing tab.
  2. In the bottom right corner of the top right card, select the link to request termination.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, select submit request to submit your termination request.
    1. Our support team will get in touch with you over email to assist you with the termination process.
    2. Once your plan has been terminated, the organization together with all its projects and data will be deleted as well.
